Clinical Case Competition Announcement Organized by the Georgian Association for International Medical Education and Science (GAIMES) in collaboration with Medibridge Global

�� Competition Theme:Breast Cancer

�� Priority will be given to case reports that feature:• Rare histological subtypes of breast cancer or unusual clinical presentations• Uncommon treatment-related complications or unexpected therapeutic outcomes• Modern diagnostic approaches and diagnostic challenges in breast cancer• Contemporary treatment strategies and therapeutic challenges in breast cancer

�� Eligibility:• Medical students interested in oncology• Residents in clinical oncology, radiation oncology, or surgical oncology• Young oncologists (no more than 5 years since obtaining their medical license)

�� Goal of the Competition:To support and encourage the professional development of early-career physicians.

�� Submission Guidelines:• Language: English• Each clinical case may have only one author. (In the case of a student or resident, a mentor may also be listed.)• Format: PowerPoint presentation• Length: 3–5 content slides (excluding the title and final slide)• Each presentation should ideally include at least one image, table, or diagram to visually support the content.(Please refer to the attached PowerPoint template for guidance.)

Note: All submissions will undergo strict screening for AI-generated content and plagiarism. Any work found to contain such elements will be disqualified immediately.

�� Evaluation Criteria:Each case report will be evaluated by three independent experts invited by GAIMES and Medibridge using a 5-point scale across four categories:

1. Relevance of the topic (0–5 points)

2. Completeness and accuracy of information (0–5 points)

3. Visual presentation (structure, clarity, inclusion of images/tables/diagrams) (0–5 points)

4. Originality, clinical relevance, and educational value of the case (0–5 points)

�� Awards:Authors of the five highest-scoring case reports will receive full sponsorship to present their posters at the international conference “Multidisciplinary Approaches in Breast Cancer: Innovations and Future Directions”, to be held on July 5 in Tbilisi.

During the conference, a jury composed of participating international experts will select the Best Poster, and the winner will receive a fully funded one-week clinical observership at Neolife Oncology and Nuclear Medicine Center in Istanbul.

�� Submission Deadline:Submissions are accepted from May 15 to June 15.

Authors of selected case reports will receive further instructions regarding poster preparation and technical requirements by June 20 via email.

საერთაშორისო სამედიცინო განათლებისა და მეცნიერების ქართული ასოციაციისა (GAIMES) და კომპანია Medibridge Global-ის ინიციატივით, ცხადდება კლინიკური შემთხვევების კონკურსი.

კონკურსის თემა: ძუძუს კიბო.

�� უპირატესობა მიენიჭება კლინიკურ შემთხვევებს, რომლებშიც წარმოდგენილია:

· ძუძუს კიბოს იშვიათი ჰისტოლოგიური ტიპები ან დაავადების უჩვეულო კლინიკური გამოვლინებები

· მკურნალობის იშვიათი გართულებები ან მოულოდნელი შედეგები 

· ძუძუს კიბოს დიაგნოსტიკის თანამედროვე მიდგომები და გამოწვევები

· ძუძუს კიბოს მკურნალობის თანამედროვე მიდგომები და გამოწვევები

�� მონაწილების მიღება შეუძლიათ:▪ ონკოლოგიით დაინტერესებულ მედიცინის ფაკულტეტის სტუდენტებს▪  კლინიკური ონკოლოგიის, რადიაციული ონკოლოგიისა და ონკოქირურგიის რეზიდენტებს, ასევე ახალგაზრდა ონკოლოგებს - ლიცენზიის აღებიდან არაუმეტეს 5 წლისა.

�� კონკურსის მიზანი:ახალგაზრდა ექიმების კარიერული ხელშეწყობა და წახალისება 

�� კონკურსის პირობები:

· კლინიკურ შემთხვევას შეიძლება ჰყავდეს მხოლოდ ერთი ავტორი (სტუდენტის/რეზიდენტის შემთხვევაში შესაძლებელია მიეთითოს მენტორიც).

· სამუშაო ენა: ინგლისური

· ფორმატი: PowerPoint პრეზენტაცია - სლაიდების რაოდენობა 3-5-მდე (პირველი და ბოლო სლაიდის გარეშე).

სასურველია ტექსტთან ერთად სლაიდზე იყოს წარმოდგენილი მინიმუმ ერთი ფოტო/ცხრილი/დიაგრამა  ვიზუალური თვალსაჩინოებისთვის.

გაითვალისწინეთ: ყველა ნაშრომი გაივლის მკაცრ შემოწმებას ხელოვნური ინტელექტის გამოყენებასა და პლაგიატზე; მსგავსის აღმოჩენის შემთხვევაში ნაშრომი ავტომატურად მოიხსნება კონკურსიდან.

�� შეფასების კრიტერიუმები:

ყველა კლინიკურ შემთხვევას 5-ქულიანი სისტემით შეაფასებს GAIMES-ისა და კომპანია Medibridge-ის მიერ მოწვეული სამი დამოუკიდებელი ექსპერტი, შემდეგი 4 კრიტერიუმით:

1. საკითხის აქტუალობა (0–5 ქულა)

2. ინფორმაციის სრულყოფილება და სიზუსტე (0-5 ქულა)

3. ვიზუალური მხარე (პრეზენტაციის სტრუქტურა, წარმოდგენილი ფოტო/ცხრილი/დიაგრამა) (0-5 ქულა)

4. შემთხვევის ორიგინალურობა, მისი კლინიკური და სასწავლო ღირებულება (0-5 ქულა)

�� პრიზები:

უმაღლესი შეფასების მქონე ხუთი კლინიკური შემთხვევის ავტორს მიეცემა შესაძლებლობა უფასოდ მიიღოს მონაწილეობა და წარადგინოს პოსტერული მოხსენება 5 ივლისს თბილისში დაგეგმილ საერთაშორისო კონფერენციაზე: Multidisciplinary Approaches in Breast Cancer: Innovations and Future Directions.

კონფერენციაში მონაწილე ექსპერტებისაგან დაკომპლექტებული ჟიურის მიერ დასახელდება საუკეთესო პოსტერის ავტორი, რომელსაც გადაეცემა პრიზი: 1 კვირიანი უფასო სტაჟირება სტამბულის Neolife ონკოლოგიისა და ბირთვული მედიცინის ცენტრში.

�� კონკურსის პარტნიორი: კლინიკა Neolife Istanbul

მონაწილეობის მსურველებს შეუძლიათ კლინიკური შემთხვევები გამოაგზავნონ 15 მაისიდან 15 ივნისის ჩათვლით.

შერჩეული კლინიკური შემთხვევების ავტორები 20 ივნისამდე ელ. ფოსტაზე მიიღებენ ინფორმაციას პოსტერის მომზადების წესებისა და ტექნიკური მოთხოვნების შესახებ.
